Break time.
SOFT TIRAMISU.
Ingredients: 4 eggs, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 250 g Mascarpone cheese, 230 g Savoiardi biscuits, 3 or 4 cups of decaffeinated coffee and cocoa powder.
Instructions:
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Whip up the egg whites.
Separately whip up 1 yolk and mix with mascarpone cheese and sugar.
Add the egg whites and mix carefully.
Put a layer of biscuits in a dish and soak them with coffee.
Put half the cheese cream over it.
Cover with another layer of biscuits and finish the cake with another layer of cream.
Finally sprinkle cocoa powder on the cake´s surface and put it into the fridge at least 12 hours befrore serving.

Tomato pie.
Ingredients for the filler: one onion, one red pepper, one green pepper, two carrots,one courgette, one aubergine, one kg. of tomatoes, two eggs, one tin of tuna, a handful of pinions and four tablespoons of olive oil.
Ingredients for the pastry: two glasses of olive oil, one glass of bear, 500 gr. of flour and the yolk of one egg.
Instruccions:Fry in a pan all the vegetables, previously cut into pieces, and reserved them, knead the pastry and stretch it, then separate two rectangles of it, put one in a baking tray, then all the fried vegetables on it and add the second rectangle on top, punch with a fork and put a handful of almonds, paint with the white egg and cook it in the oven for 40 minutes at 180º. Let it cool and eat it. Delicious!
